So the accurate calculation of energy saving detection is crucial for the parties to the contract. It not only enables the two sides of contract energy management better to share energy-saving benefits, and more importantly, it provides a reference value for the accurate calculation and reasonable evaluation of energy saving effect, It is the problem related to the economic interests of the two or more sides, and is conducive to the optimal exploration and promotion of energy-saving measures.Therefore, it is necessary for in-depth study.For the problem of energy saving detection of power plant boiler flue gas waste heat,the heat transformation of 330 MW unit in a thermal power plant in southern Hebei network is taken as an example. Multivariable parameter analysis method is put forward.Firstly, the mathematical model of the low-pressure economizer is established, analysis its interface with turbine, heat supply network parameters changes such as feed flow rate,water temperature, gas flow rate, gas import and export temperature, and the influence of the low-pressure economizer heat exchange when the heat-supply water flow and temperature change. It is the research of the low-pressure economizer. Secondly, the energy savings is calculated by the energy-efficiency distributing matrix equation.Finally, relying on the project equipped with low-pressure economizer, test verification of the flue gas waste heat recovery system, and modified test parameters.An example is calculated by four 330 MW units of a power plant. Installation of low pressure economizer can reduce coal consumption, improve the thermal economy of the unit. Compare the results of the typical method and the method of multivariate parametric analysis in some condition. It is proved that the proposed method is helpful for the accurate calculation and evaluation of energy saving effect. |
