Study On The New Rural Planning Strategy Based On Catalyst Theory

With the transform ation of China's ur banization,the new rural planning has become an im portant aspect of the new ur banization.However,the tra ditional rural planning only to focus on the rural space material area arrangem ent,the lack of protection of the actual needs of farm ers and rural culture,often resulting in disjointed with the actual needs of rural planning,planning implementation is not strong.The theory of city planning and design is the orig inal catalyst used,it refers to the original transformation strategy of el ements or the introduction of new ele ments,so as to construct a can stim ulate and maintain the chain reaction and the subsequent development of city,and will not dam age the chain rea ction of its background connotation,to prom ote the positive developm ent of city.In this paper,through the introduction of "catalyst th eory" to the new rural pl anning,to solve the rural construction and planning out of touch and s timulate the vitality of rural construction,promote rural development.First of all through the catalyst theory,the new rural planning theory com bing,exploring the possibility of catalyst application of the new rural construction planning,followed by a large number of papers and ex cellent practical case analysis,summarize the strategies of the new rural planning based on the theory of catalyst,is to protect the traditional culture in rural areas,the ru ral development strategy and promote the development of rural construction.Among them,the research methods are as follows:(1)analyze the m ain problems in the rural areas: the lack of supporting industries,functional adaptation,material backwardness,cultural decline and other issues.(2)with these main problems as the application perspective,and then from the country's current situation,government policy,the surrounding envi ronment to find vita lity factors and the corresponding catalyst carrier or the in troduction of new catal yst carrier.(3)the application of the corresponding catalytic strategy to activate these catalyst carriers,so that the catalytic reaction to the dev elopment of rural a reas to bring vitality.(4)it is necessary to guarantee the long-term guidance for the catalytic reaction from the perspective of policy,event and construction,and to prov ide a favorable guarantee for the sustainable development of the rural economy.Finally,this paper applies the theory of strategy to the new rural p lanning of Jinqiao villag e,which is used to prove the feasibility of this paper.Conclusion: applying the theory of catalyst to the new rural planning is helpful to strengthen the im plementation of the pl an and prom ote the developm ent of the countryside.But in the new rural planning th eory is the premise condition of using the catalyst and catalyst carrier ne eds correctly to the loca l rural strategy,establish and perfect catalyst carrier and the development of a detailed follow-up guidance plan.
