| In recent years,the rapid development of Chinese economy,the real estate industry has become a pillar industry in China,and in the next period of time is still a pillar industry.With the laws and regulations of our country more perfect,and bidding-tendering system in the field of construction project being perfected,increasing hit rate in the bidding has become the goal pursued by the construction enterprises who want to contract the project profits and make enterprises bigger and stronger.In order to increase hit rate,previous studies have been carried out by a variety of methods,including the game theory has been introduced to many scholars in the study of tender offer.However,there are some drawbacks in the research of the game theory to predict the bid price,such as: the rational person hypothesis,the complete information hypothesis,etc..It is precisely because of the existence of these drawbacks,making the establishment of the game model to predict the effect of the tender offer is not ideal,resulting in a very large difference between the predicted results and reality.Meanwhile,for the bidding of the main,bidding and tendering units all want to maximize their own interests,but the problem of bid units how to correctly select the bidding unit and bidding units how to take bidding price strategy are urgent.Therefore,bidding units introduce the risk attitude factor by mathematical function into the game theory model,and the game models were established to guide the selection of tenders bidding unit to maximize their own interests,on the other hand,to guide the tender units to increase the hit rate of bidding decision.In this way,we can make the game model more realistic,which is of great theoretical and practical significance.For the above considerations,firstly,at home and abroad on the basis of game theory to bidding guidance,put forward the the shortcoming of existing research,that the existing research does not have the game theory to analyze the whole process of bidding,and have not been the introduction of risk factors in the whole process of analysis.Secondly,it introduces the existing bidding mechanism and the related theory of game theory,and makes a detailed description of the risk attitude theory and the relationship between bidding and game theory.Then based on the above theory and making certain assumptions in the real engineering situation,the game model between bidding and tendering units is established,then the model is proved operational and accurate through the analysis of a practical engineering example,which can guide the tender units to pursue their own interests to maximize in the bidding activities.Finally,the risk attitude factor introduced by mathematical function into the game theory model,a game model between bidding units is established,and the analysis also verified by engineering case,whatever risk attitude bidding units belongs to.The model can correctly guide the bidding and improve the rate of successful.Through the two game models are used to analyze the two engineering cases,it is observed that the game model has good superiority and practicability,which can be popularized in actual projects.It is of great practical significance for the tender unit to choose the tender unit or to correctly guide the tender offer in order to improve the bid winning rate. |
