Nearly two years,since the government macroeconomic regulation and control,the competition of construction market is intense,project contracting risk is more and more big,while the project profit is less and less.In order to guarantee the normal operation and development of the enterprise,increase the winning probability as bidding the lifeblood of enterprises,under the comprehensive appraisal method of bid evaluation method,the influence factors of benchmark is the randomness,the bid price quotations for bidding enterprise put forward the new challenges,price is too high,may not be able to bid;Offer too low,and cannot guarantee enterprise’s normal profit margins.So bidding enterprise urgently needed with the help of digital,computer technology and other advanced scientific theory,on the premise of guarantee the necessary profits,maximize the winning probability.From the angle of seller,this article studies the method of making the bidding strategy of construction market,expect to win the bidding in the competitive activities.This paper first introduces the basic knowledge of construction project bidding evaluation,the procedures of bidding tendering,and draws a conclusion that the comprehensive evaluation method is suitable for the bidding stage of construction project in china.Then,the two key problems of forecasting the optimal bidding price are derived,which are the bidding control price weight,the downward float rate and the arithmetic mean value of the effective bidding price.Then,this paper combines Monte Carlo simulation method and game theory method to forecast the average price of bidding control price and the arithmetic mean of the effective bidding price.Based on the historical data analysis,constructed the Monte Carlo simulation of tender control price weights and floating rate prediction model using Matlab software,determine the random number most likely range;detailed contact,construction engineering and game theory and pointed out that the construction project bidding process is essentially a process of game-incomplete information static game,the equilibrium is called Bayesian Nash equilibrium:rational bidders can complete the analysis method of game theory to make the optimal pricing decision,so as to maximize their own interests.Finally,through the empirical calculation,it is proved that the forecasting model system has a positive effect on the improvement of the bidding evaluation score under the comprehensive evaluation method,and the guidance and validity of the model is tested.
