In view of China's coal-based energy consumption pattern is difficult to change quickly,research and development of clean coal generation technology,improve the efficiency of coal-fired power plant is the strategic issue of the overall energy environment in China,and is also the inevitable choice of energy saving and emission reduction targets in China.The integrated coal gasification combined cycle power generation technology is one of the important development directions of high-efficiency and clean coal power generation,can effectively control carbon dioxide emissions,reduce pollution caused by coal-fired power generation,and improve energy utilization efficiency.This paper first introduces the theory of technical and economic evaluation index system and its application,in order to find out the theory applicable to the research value of this subject.The economic analysis of Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle power plant is carried out,the difference between construction cost and actual cost is compared,and the reasons for the high cost of actual operation analysis,the influence of internet price and the use of hours on the economy of p ower station is analyzed.The construction cost of power station and foreign unit cost has no obvious price advantage.The main economic factors that affect the development of IGCC are the high unit cost and the lack of competitiveness of feed-in tariff.Through the economic evaluation of IGCC combined technology research continuous innovation,in order to promote the smooth progress of its business demonstration,promote the optimization and upgrading of power industry.
