During this period, the demand of power supply will not be reduced,but the environmental pollution caused by coal combustion is more and more serious. Therefore, IGCC as an advanced clean coal power generation technology is more and more attention. based on so many domestic and international research on IGCC, Used the Aspen Plus software set the model, to analysis the operation efficiency between the existing IGCC and IGCC reheat system. The main content of the IGCC reheat system is the IGCC gas turbine cycle part divided into the two stage combustions, high pressure and medium pressure. The required air also need the two stages to compress, the gas into the combustion chamber to achieve the very high pressure through the compressor, While the flue gas of high pressure turbine mixing the fuel again,continued to burn in a medium pressure chamber, push the medium pressure turbine work. Comprehensive form the IGCC reheat system.In this paper,First of all, using the Aspen Plus software, Established a typical IGCC system and new IGCC reheat system, to calculating and comparing data. Secondly, in the whole process of extracting gas from coal, established the the room temperature wet cleaning purify system and high temperature dry purify system, to find the optimal dry desulfurization temperature.In air separation part, established different degree of integration air separation systems, making a comparison of the effects of different air separation system for overall efficiency. Finally we comprehensive analysis of IGCC reheat cycle system, using a large number of data analysis to find the optimal pressure ratio, to obtain the corresponding operation parameter for IGCC reheat combined cycle system,than I have a comparative analysis of a variety of IGCC systems. Analysis of the system efficiency increase potential.Maken the calculation for each system’s power and efficiency and had a parameter optimization for IGCC reheat combined cycle system In many aspects.
