| Guild hall is an important part of China’s traditional architecture,which developed into an independent and mature type of traditional architecture after the Ming and Qing period.The architecture art,decorative art and environmental art of Guild Hall were reached a very high level in Ming and Qing dynasty.Shanshan Guild Hall is the earliest form in the Ming and Qing dynasties,which Shaanxi and Shanxi merchants established that to contact with neighborhood and worship the gods of the premises.The hall integrated sophisticated architecture and exquisite decorative art,fully revealed the ancient wisdom and ability for the working people of the Han,is a masterpiece of ancient Chinese palace architecture in China.Interior design originally followed a Western form of layout and design.With the development of society in recent years,more and more attention to region and nationalization style paid to people,emerging Chinese classical and neo-classical style of Interior Design.Chinese traditional ornamental art based on the location and background of different décor,mainly with the Royal highest artistic achievements.Ming and Qing dynasties,because of commercial development,commercial center established by businessmen gradually appear on the country.Due to traders with strong wealth,and association with the nature of sacrifice,Hall became another high decorative value building besides the palace.Shanshan Guild Hall was only one which established by two Province businessmen in Ming and Qing dynasty,research of Shanshan Guild Hall decorative elements in Ming and Qing dynasties,is of great significance for today’s interior design.The article explored Shanshan Guild Hall decoration elements with regional features by summarizing the Shanshan Guild Hall decoration elements in Ming and Qing dynasties,and explored the decoration elements’ national application in modern interior design.The article based on results of previous studies,selected several famous Shanshan Guild Hall as the investigating research,summarize the decorative elements.First of all,three sculpture art in the period of Ming and Qing has matured,and Hall is different from the specific nature of other buildings(included chat service Roundup,sacrifice to the gods,commercial exchanges,promoting local culture,highlighting the status such as businessmen).Three carved art presents various sculpture theme,complex techniques and variable features for modern interior design is of great reference value.In addition to carved art,painting,couplets and plaques decorative elements in Ming and Qing dynasty,showing both refined and popular tastes,due to the different merchant knowledge education and different understanding of aesthetic.For modern interior design also provides a different way of thinking. |
