Highway as an important part of our country infrastructure,which plays a key role in alleviate traffic pressure,along the route information communication,the industrial structure adjustment and economic development.Along with our country economy enters the new normal,the government's construction funds have been unable to meet the demand of a sharp increase of highway.Accelerating market-oriented operation of the highway and diversification of construction,under the construction diversification background,the domestic strength of the company actively carrying out the new highway investment management.BOT + EPC is being proposed,it proved good results,realize win-win situation of economic and development,besides,provide more transformation of the general contractor enterprise to find new ways.Because the BOT + EPC is a new model in the highway construction,theoretical research and practice results also is not very mature and many problems has not been solved the mountain geological risk research of this mode is less,so that the project encountered many difficulties in the implementation process.Therefore,we should strengthen the BOT + EPC highway in mountainous area of geological risk research,better let the highway BOT + EPC participants to realize win-win and better promote the construction of highway in our country.First of all,this article based on the mountains of BOT + EPC highway project as the research object,and reviewed about BOT + EPC highway construction and geological risk management related theory,adopting questionnaire survey,using the factor model discussed of the BOT + EPC highway,analyzing the geological risk factors identified mountain BOT + EPC highway main geological risk.The essay identified 4 kinds of main risk factors and evaluation system of BOT+EPC high speed geological risk factors is constructed on the basis of the kinds of main risk factors.Secondly,this article based on the identification of the mountain BOT+EPC highway geological risk factors to construct index evaluation system,using the analytic hierarchy process to the mountain BOT+EPC highway geological comprehensive evaluation,taking wan zhou to li chuan expressway as an example,researching the highway in mountainous area geological risk factors,researching the mechanism of landslide,collapse,debris flow and water inrush risk factors of highway geological risk in mountainous,which defined the principle of BOT+EPC highway geological risk,so that control the risk.Finally,this article according to the theory of risk allocation and reasonable risk allocation principles as a point,analyzed the BOT + EPC in mountainous area highway geological risk allocation and the actual example in the highway,and warning the BOT + EPC in mountainous highway risk.According to the importance of risk evaluating and measuring the corresponding risk threshold,early warning of landslide,collapse,debris flow,water inrush risk,put forward the corresponding control measures,so that control the BOT + EPC highway in mountainous in advance geological risk.
