| Expansion joint is a kind of device which is easy to be damaged in the bridge structure,and its quality directly affects the comfort and service life of the bridge.The polyurethane elastic concrete applied to seamless expansion joints,expansion joint damage,easy to solve the traditional driving comfort,complex structure,high cost and difficult maintenance etc,compared with modified asphalt elastic concrete,properties of polyurethane elastic concrete is better,and the maintenance cost is low.The research on the new polyurethane elastic concrete has improved the problem of high cost and poor comprehensive performance.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the elastic-plastic mechanics theory,the influence factors and calculation method of the displacement of the bridge expansion joint are analyzed,and the reasonable formula for calculating the displacement of the expansion joint is obtained.(2)On the basis of theoretical research,combined with the actual deformation characteristics of elastic concrete expansion joints,the relationship between the design width and the displacement is analyzed.(3)By comparing the different properties of new polyurethane with different A and B components,the optimum proportion of new polyurethane A and B components is 100:35.(4)The performance was evaluated by comparative test of new polyurethane binder.The results show that the new polyurethane can meet the requirements for the performance of expansion joints.The new polyurethane has good tensile property,compression resilience and reasonable gel time good,is a kind of excellent material seamless expansion joints.(5)The mix proportion design of new polyurethane elastic concrete was carried out with the indexes of workability,compressive strength,tensile elastic recovery rate and economic factor.The new polyurethane elastic concrete is evaluated,and the results show that the new Pu elastic concrete has excellent comprehensive properties.(6)By simulating the actual working state of expansion joints,the new polyurethane elastic concrete expansion joint evaluation,more comprehensive resultsshow that good quality and high service life using the new polyurethane elastic concrete expansion joints,the service life of up to 11 years.(7)According to the characteristics of polyurethane concrete and the actual situation,the construction scheme of the new polyurethane elastic concrete expansion joint is developed.The reasonable construction scheme of new polyurethane elastic concrete expansion joint.(8)By comparing and analyzing the cost of different types of expansion joints,the results show that the new polyurethane elastic concrete expansion joint has high social and economic benefits.The new polyurethane elastic concrete joints with excellent performance,not only improve the driving comfort,but also makes the continuous appearance,but also prolongs the service life of the bridge expansion joint,compared with similar products in the market economic benefit is high,so the new polyurethane elastic concrete expansion joint has a certain application prospect. |
