With the rapid development of China’s construction industry,super long concrete structures are more widely used.Considering the integrity of the structure,seamless construction is proposed.For this structure,controlling the cracks caused by concrete hydration heat and concrete shrinkage is the key.Although the seamless construction technology has been developed for many years,the research on crack control of super long structures without joints has not stopped.At present,the expansion reinforcing belt is usually set in the structure to prevent temperature shrinkage cracks,but the setting position,spacing and construction time of the expansion reinforcing belt directly affect its use in practical engineering.Based on a large number of references,combined with the actual project,this paper uses the finite element software ABAQUS to determine the basic parameters and boundary conditions in the analysis of simulation calculation,uses the model change function to simulate the concrete pouring time inside and outside the expansion zone,and connects the expansion zone by setting node pairs to strengthen the concrete temperature conduction inside and outside the expansion zone,The model of super long concrete floor with expansion reinforcement belt is established.The established finite element model is used to simulate the temperature field and temperature stress field during the concrete construction of super long floor structure,and the influence of the location and spacing of expansion reinforcement zone on the temperature effect of floor concrete is analyzed,The temperature stress change of super long floor concrete structure under different expansion reinforcement belt arrangement and the layout spacing of expansion reinforcement belt with concrete volume change under the same area are studied,and the distribution law of temperature field and temperature stress of super long floor concrete structure with different expansion reinforcement belt spacing is obtained.This paper compares the results of model finite element analysis,puts forward the principle of setting expansion reinforcement belt for seamless construction of super long concrete floor structure,determines the seamless construction scheme according to it,and applies it to practical projects.Through the comparison with the measured values,it provides a certain theoretical reference for the seamless construction of such projects.
