Cement concrete pavement under vehicle load and when the temperature and humidity changes,will be formed due to shrinkage cracks or pavement plate arch caused by the expansion,to reduce the stress of the destruction of the right panel,usually every other distance setting expansion joint.But after setting expansion joint,the integrity of the pavement is abate,the bearing capacity fell sharply,resulting in expansion joints are easy to produce wrong table,crush,arch,escapes,plate movement and pumping mud,joint sealant failure damage such as disease,which affects the driving safety and comfort.How to solve the problems of the traditional road expansion joint,is one of the problems to be solved.This paper,to study and put forward with seamless super-tough fiber concrete pavement telescopic belt instead of the traditional road expansion joint,this new type of pavement structure by eliminating the seams can significantly reduce the damage frequency of expansion joints,improve driving safety and comfort.Through super-tough fiber concrete material test,super-tough fiber concrete is better than that of ordinary concrete in early crack resistance and mechanical performance,have surplus toughness of pva fiber in the fiber concrete content.Fiber reinforced concrete is made of super tenacity of cement concrete pavement design,expansion joints proposed seamless super-tough fiber concrete pavement contraction band theory.By calculating the expansion joint on both sides of the cement concrete pavement slab internal expansion stress generated when the get blocked pressure stress value is far enough to reduce concrete slab.Through the calculation and its expansion amount seamless super-tough fiber concrete pavement contraction band minimum length.Use seamless super-tough fiber concrete pavement contraction band to repair of pavement damage expansion joints,different repair scheme is put forward.Using the finite element software to pavement seamless super tough fiber concrete with three dimensional finite element analysis,by applying the vehicle load and temperature and stress coupling,seamless super-tough fiber concrete analysis of pavement structure performance.
