Study On The Evaluation Of The Bus Line In Yinchuan City

Since the reform and opening,our country urban traffic motorization development is rapid.However,our country the imperfection of the existing road traffic infrastructure,supporting facilities construction speed is slow,most of the city's public transport system in the aspect of technical performance,the service level and economic benefit have some problems,the traffic problem is increasingly serious in our country,urban social development and economic growth.Urban public transport system as efficient new way of public transportation,with its advantages of large passenger traffic,transportation,high speed,increasingly become a new choice to alleviate urban traffic congestion.Urban public transportation system is a large and complex system,take system science method to evaluate urban public transport system,is to promote the developing and perfecting the motivation and support of science and technology.In this paper,based on the theory of extenics,selecting the appropriate evaluation indicators,the establishment of a complete and accurate unified evaluation index system,evaluate the yinchuan city fast public transportation line.This paper introduces the domestic and foreign outstanding urban rapid development of the public transport system and the characteristics of urban public transport evaluation system at home and abroad with good experience,for the urban public traffic system evaluation provides the experience;Then based on the concept of urban public traffic system and the basic principle of evaluation,for the characteristics of urban public transportation system to conduct a comprehensive analysis,from the level of public services,network technical performance,economic benefit and sustainable development level from four aspects,selecting the evaluation index system,and the corresponding standardized treatment;Finally,according to the basic theory of extenics evaluation index system,selection of the combination of constructing evaluation index system of urban public transportation system,a comprehensive evaluation of rapid transit line of yinchuan city decides the grade of yinchuan city of rapid transit#1.and the evaluation results were analyzed.On the basis of the basic theory of extenics,this paper build urban public transport evaluation system of comprehensive evaluation of yinchuan city fast approachs for extenics in the application of the evaluation work of transportation industry provides practice basis;In yinchuan city fast approachs concrete evaluation and analysis,optimization and improvement in favour of the BRT lines,for the development of yinchuan city rapid public transportation system to provide data support.
