The bridges of reinforced concrete in coastal area,often suffer from corrosive media long-time attacking to lead to durability deteriorating,and it happens at the pillar much more severe.The polymer mortar as one kind of reinforcing materials,is able to block water,chloride ion corrosion,and show excellent adhesion performance,meanwhile it has a great impact on the durability of bridge pillar.But most researches at present focus on the mechanical property and bearing capacity of new & old concrete when polymer mortar is used as reinforced layer,and research on durability of concrete reinforced by polymer mortar is rare.This thesis simulates the serving environment of reinforced concrete bridge pillar in coastal area,by adding a constant voltage field,compares the durability of polymer mortar reinforced component with that of non-polymer mortar reinforced component,analyses the influences of reinforcing thickness and section at dry-wet recycling zone of pillar on durability.The main content shows as follows:1.By making a material performance test on polymer mortar and concrete mortar,I make a comparison of three points-leaking resisting,charring resisting and chloride ion corrosion resisting,and conclude the advantage of polymer mortar on durability than concrete,to show us the value of polymer mortar reinforcement.2.By simulating the extreme environment in coastal area,and using power on time and crack by rust-swelling of control group as index,I get the chloride ion corrosive regular pattern in gelling mortar layer and concrete layer;analyses the stage of reinforced bar corrosion,to preliminary lay out the practical corrosion rate formula of general concrete component of that the crack is smaller than 0.25 mm and polymer mortar reinforced component without crack.3.Based on the fact that polymer mortar reinforced concrete promotes the durability,by changing the thickness of reinforced mortar layer,I use the time of crack and reinforced bar corrosive rate as index,to explore the different promotion on durability with different reinforced thickness.Then recommend the proper reinforced thickness according to the analysis.With power-on condition,preliminary dig the practical corrosion rate formula of concrete component of different thickness reinforced by general polymer mortar and epoxy polymer mortar4.By simulating the serving environment of bridge pillar in coastal area with constant voltage and proper reinforced thickness,I use reinforced bar corrosive stage as index,and analyse the promoting function by different reinforced lengths to durability of dry-wet recyling concrete,thus recommend the proper reinforcing zone for the bridge pillar serving in coastal area.
