As domestic infrastructure construction booming,a large number of reinforced concrete bridges have been built in the coastal areas of China. These costly bridge project is related to people’s livelihood, most need the service lives of up to a hundred years. However, any material is inevitably gradually aging, and damage, after being erosion by the harsh marine environment over many years. The current poor state of the durability of bridge engineering, has attracted the attention of a great engineering for durability design and assessment. But there is no unified understanding of the durability of the bridge and residual life evaluation, and durability design consciousness is lack. So it is necessary to carry out the research on the durability of concrete structure which promote the engineering application.In this paper, research on the durability of the overall is combed, damage and evaluate the durability of the state is studied which include different angles of environmental, materials, components and structure. Characteristics of the marine environment are studied, the role of the structure of the environment is classified; marine environment and influencing factors of concrete reinforcement material is analyzed, then both the damage mechanism is analyzed and summarized, with trying to simultaneously simulate the material damage process, the process of material injury mechanics changes in performance is analyzed; the damage process and failure modes of corroded expansion is analyzed, the current widely used multiple steel corrosion models are summed up; the paper is focused on the chlorine mathematical model ion erosion, correct the classical model of the existing, and gives way to select the data and recommended values for each model. the model can be well applied in the durability of bridge condition monitoring. Through the analysis of the durability of concrete structures standards and the use of residual life assessment methods, a set of conditions for the durability of the mathematical evaluation is established. The model use comprehensive evaluation method, establish a clear framework for judging the level of the bridge structure, and, Analytical matrix and the evaluation conclusions are obtained by the use of membership functions and the nearness principle. Finally, based on the project instance analysis, this paper proves the significance of application of the set of evaluation system.
