The comprehensive control data recording device is mainly applied to a flight experiment of an aircraft.On the one hand,it can complete the reception of telemetry data,real-time acquisition and packaging storage of analog parameters during the experiment;On the other hand,it can realize the 1553 B bus communication with the comprehensive controller to manipulate the entire flight indirectly.Based on the investigation of the current development status of recording devices at home and abroad and combined with 1553 B bus technology,the paper offers a design of data interface in accordance with the data type in flight system,and briefly explains the problem of matching the signal transmission between RS422 and 1553 B bus interface.The paper also comparatively analyzes advantages of different switching capacitor filters in vibration analog interface.In addition,the function of analog isolation is introduced,the design principle of analog isolation is analyzed theoretically,and the reason and resolution of signal fluctuation caused by operational amplifier's driving capacitive load is briefly described.1553B communication module adopts “MCU +FPGA” architecture,MCU serves as the main controller of protocol chip,and FPGA achieves control of data interface between MCU and the memory or PC.The workflow of the remote terminal(RT)and the bus monitor(BM)is presented,and the functional verification of RT and BM is conducted using 1553 B simulation board.In the aspect of the data storage design,the paper mainly introduces the acquisition logic of analog signal and time sharing logic of multi-channel data.With the internal logic function of FPGA divided,the FLASH memory module completes the inspection of the invalid block,the erasing,reading and writing operation of the FLASH storage medium.On the basis of deep research on FLASH structure and parameters,the paper introduces the technology of pipeline,studies and designs the "round robin" programming algorithm of FLASH.
