| With the rapid development of automobile industry,people are more and more demanding on the safety and comfort of automobile.Automobile steering performance is one of the most important performance of the vehicle,and it is also one of the important indexes to evaluate the stability of the vehicle.In order to realize the steering portability and improve the stability and reliability of steering operation,the power steering system is widely used at present.Power steering pump,especially the double acting vane pump as the power source of the hydraulic power steering system,is the key part,whose performance directly determines the performance of the hydraulic power steering system.Therefore,there is great engineering significance to study the design&optimization of vane steering pump.The vane steering pump is researched,below items are included:The 3D models of the components and pump are designed according to the original parameters of the vehicle and the structure principle of the vane steering pump.Using CATIA DMU&CREO Mechanism module CAE motion simulation analysis,static and dynamic interference clearance check,the new designed components&pump overall structure is verified as reasonable.The vane power assistant steering pump is validated through the physical bench and vehicle test,which give the direction of the pump design optimization.The valve spool surface treatment is optimized by Ni-P process using sodium hypophosphite as agent,which enable the valve spool surface wear issue fixed.The vane power assistant steering pump noise issue is solved by improving the pulley unbalance&design optimization of damping groove structure on the pressure plate. |
