Multistage submersible pumps are widely used in agriculture,mining and other fields,and has the advantages of compact structure and easy maintenance.It is of great significance to optimize the parameters of impeller and guide vane for improving the hydraulic performance of submersible pump.At present,there are many achievements in the optimization of single parameters of impeller and guide vane,however,there are few studies on the collaborative design of them.This article takes 200QJ50-65 multistage submersible pump as the research object,use a combination of single parameter optimization and collaborative design for the key parameters of the impeller and guide vanes,then the submersible pump was optimized by numerical simulation,and its the efficiency was improved.Mainly include the following aspects.1)The size of the original model submersible pump is verified theoretically,through the numerical simulation of the full flow field of the first two stages of submersible pumps,the external characteristic curves under different working conditions are drawn.It is found that the reason for the low efficiency of the original model pump is the pressure gradient distribution of the impeller and guide vane is uneven,the flow line is turbulent,and the low-speed vortex area exists.The reliability of numerical simulation used to analyze the flow state and predict the performance of the pump is verified by comparing the numerical simulation results and test results.2)Under the premise that the original model pump does not change other basic parameters,the orthogonal test method is used to study the matching of the parameters of the impeller outlet and the guide vane inlet,and finally the best combination scheme is obtained,the efficiency is 78.87%,and the head is 15.80 m.Then three basic parameters of the impeller wrap angle,the guide vane wrap angle and the guide vane inlet placement angle were selected for optimization design,the influence law of each parameter on the performance of multistage submersible pump is derived,and the best model of the multistage submersible pump under the design conditions is obtained,the efficiency reaches 85.38%,and the head is 14.44 m.3)The number of impeller and guide vane blades is collaboratively designed,the influence rule of different impeller and guide blade number combinations on the hydraulic performance of the pump is obtained through numerical simulation,and the optimal blade number combination model that meets the requirements under design conditions is finally obtained.After optimization,the efficiency of the model pump reaches 85.38%,and the head is 1.44 m.4)The performance testing of the pump is implemented and the results agrees well with numerical simulation ones.In this paper,the influence rule of various parameters on the hydraulic performance of submersible pump is obtained by combining theoretical calculation and analysis,three-dimensional full flow field numerical simulation and experimental performance test.A high-efficiency multistage submersible pump satisfying the head is designed,which can provide reference for the design,optimization and application of multistage submersible pump.
