Double steel plates and concrete composite wall residence has various advantages such as light weight, excellent seismic performance, fast construction speed and high utilization ratio,as same as traditional steel structure housing.Meanwhile,it has the characteristic of flexible wall arrangement, and is not limited by the architectural function.Under the background of prefabricated residence advocated by the country and promoting the development of green building,as well as reducing excess capacity, composite wall residence has a vast prospect.Combined with the new type of double steel plates and concrete composite wall proposed by our group,high-rise residential model was established and the structural performance was analyzed in this thesis. This study can provide strong design basis and theoretical guidance to the engineering application of this kind of structural system, and can promote its healthy and rapid development. The method of equivalent stiffness was introduced and the equivalent formula of transforming the mixed material into a single material was deduced.Overall stability analysis of this composite wall was performed according to the limit state theory of compression-bending member. Also, local stability analysis of the composite wall was conducted by using the energy method. In addition, combined with the above-mentioned theoretical research, and referring the current structure design codes,anti-seismic grade, thickness of both the composite wall and the steel plate are explored.Taking the subject of 33-layer steel housing industrialization system for research background, the new type of double steel plates and concrete composite wall was applied to a 32-layer housing in this paper, and structural design was carried out.Equivalent model was established by using the method of equivalent stiffness, and accurate model was also established by finite element software.By comparing the analysis results, the errors and feasibility of the method of equivalent stiffness was investigated.Under the above-mentioned engineering background, comparison models of steel braced frame system and steel frame-steel wall structure were established.Modal analysis was conducted to discuss the relationship between mode participation factor and the structural response, and was used to analyze the influence of the higher modes on the structure.Through the response spectrum analysis and time history analysis in the elastic stage, and pushover analysis in the elastic-plastic stages, the seismic performance of the each type of structure was obtained.Wind response analysis and economic analysis were done to each structural system. The steel quantity of double steel plates and concrete composite wall, steel braced frame system and steel frame-steel wall structure were obtained and compared by using STSL.
