Jiamusi Modern City And Building Research

In the end of the Qing dynasty,Jiamusi,a city located in the lower reaches of Songhua river gradually developed into a grain distribution in the town of Sanjiang region because of waterway transportation is convenient.This is the development history of this city.With the outbreak of the Japanese war of aggression against China.In order to accelerate the plunder of natural resources in northeast China,With its superior geographical and traffic conditions,Jiamusi developed into three provincial capital as a military powerhouse.After the founding of new China,our nation carries out the "first five-year plan in an all-round way,this city become a national key construction of industrial cities because of the abundant resource ? convenient traffic and adjacent with the Soviet union,and many other geographical advantages.A large number of industrial building were constructed at this time,and modern buildings got a good development.Modern architecture is the basis for the development of Jiamusi city,it shows its unique charm with its variety of architectural styles and mature technologyThis paper based on abundant historical materials,analyzed each time the development of city and architecture exhaustively.This paper put forward suggestions on the protection and reuse on the basis of the actual research of existing buildings and industrial heritage.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part discusses the topic origin and the research background,research purpose and meaning,research scope definition and related research status at home and abroad,to overview the research content and comb out the theoretical framework.The second part starts with the city origin,made a detailed induction and summary of three important period's formation and development of city and space characteristics(“The old times”,“The Manchuria period” and “The First Five-year Plan period”)in the development of city and architecture.The third period analyzes each period's formation and evolution of architectural styles,industrial construction and development combined with historical data,and produces detailed analysis of typical architecture.The fourth part investigates existing buildings and industrial heritage of Jiamusi,analyses building and construction feature of industrial heritage,historical and cultural value.Put forward the method to protect based on the principle of protection,give a series of practical solutions and suggestions.This paper research materials and photos are collected by the author himself,the existing building and industrial heritage are also be investigated carefully.
