After pouring prefabricated prestressed concrete hollow slab is a new type of floor.Prefabricated part of the two-way configuration of prestressed tendons;post-pouring part of the direction of the original prestressed high-strength steel wire anchoring on the basis of the use of U-shaped prestressed high-strength steel wire to further close the anchor to form a second anchor,Beam connection parts using L-type prestressed high-strength steel wire anchor,the overall performance is excellent.At present,there are some researches on the characteristics of the force,but it is not fully understood.This paper studies the overall mechanical properties of the new board from three aspects:experimental study,theoretical calculation and finite element analysis.In this paper,two new plates and a piece of the whole prefabricated hollow slab are subjected to static loading test.The crack development,deflection and failure modes are observed and the results are analyzed.It is found that the spliced slab Bearing capacity,cracking,deflection and hollow long plate similar to the prestressed stitching long plate stiffness and bearing capacity are to meet the specification requirements,better than the hollow long plate,obtained after the splicing splicing board connection is reliable,the overall performance is good.Through the above,this paper draws the following main conclusions:In this paper,according to the current norms of the current formula to calculate the ultimate bending capacity of the new board,the normal use of state bearing capacity,bending stiffness and so on meet the requirements,and have a better level of redundancy,higher security reserves.In this paper,finite element simulation software is used to simulate the new plate.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.The constitutive relation of concrete and reinforcement is used,and the parameters of contact are reliable.By studying the influence of the key parameters on its overall performance,it is concluded that the use of prestressed mosaic hollow slabs should not be too large a distance between 700 mm and less than the distance of the load,prone to shear damage,the overall performance of the board Not get enough to play.In addition,in the design of the board,the distance from the seat within 700 mm below the scope of a certain strengthening;in the prefabricated prestressed hollow plate design process,do not recommend concrete strength grade greater than C40;Reinforcement can be,stirrups can be full-length encryption,in order to increase the board’s shear capacity.
