Characteristics of prefabricated buildings is consistent with the urgent requirement of pursuing high quality products in the current stage in China,meeting the development of the fine and distinctive town.The self-supported steel bar truss concrete superimposed slab has been used widely in the prefabricated building,for quick construction,the little site casting,the economic mould and scaffold.However,in construction work,this superimposed slab is not in accordance with the construction of standardization speeding up,highering engineering quality,and promoting construction industrialization for the more heavy slab,the more support and seam,the protrudent bars,the difficult assembling,and the low standardization.For solving the existing problem,improving the bearing capacity,and having the long-span structures,the composite slab with grouted-round-steel tube truss and prestressed concrete that improved is put forward.Mechanical behaviors of composite slab with grouted-round-steel tube truss was considered by the research group,for the computational formular of the stiffness and the cracking moment in the bottom slab,and the yield moment of the tube truss.The Thirteen test specimen of the prestress bottom slab was used,the span of the bottom slab,the number of prestress wire,the diameter of the tube,and the space of the web member are considered.Uniform construction load is simulated by the weight undirection loading.The supports are fixed hinge support and rolling hinge support.The bottom slab was researched by static loading test.The deflection of the specimen,the strain of tube truss and prestress wire,and the distribution and development of the crack were recorded carefully.The load-deflection curve and the load-strain curve are researched.Based on the existing document,which on the computational formular of the composite slab,the computational formular of the composite slab were summarized.Based on the result of the finite element analysis ABAQUS and the existing relevant norms,the formular were improved and the result has been optimised.After the static load test of prestressed concrete composite slab with grouted-round-steel tube truss and the data analysis,the mainly results are that the rigidity of the bottom slab are mainly influenced by the diameter of tube and the span of slab,the space of the web membe taking second place.The mechanism is similar,compared with the existing composite slab.The formular of existing document and relevant norms are not suitable for the test,so the computational formular that applied are discussed,compared with the data of test,and the formular proposed are high-accuracy.
