Analysis On The Current Situation Of Locomotive Dispatcher In Railway Bureau

Railway transport needs to be completed by Train operation depot, locomotives,construction, power supply section,rolling stock depot and other professional operators.Railway transport scheduling is responsible for organizing the coordination of professional and daily organization and transportation.The locomotive dispatcher is responsible for the daily use and deployment of locomotives and train drivers. It is responsible for the realization of the work plan for locomotives and occupies an important position and function in the dispatching posts.This paper gives a brief introduction to the whole railway scheduling situation.Introduce the basic task of locomotive dispatching of railway bureau, thefunction,authority and responsibility of locomotive dispatch room and dispatcher. Based on the survey of 18 railway locomotive dispatchers, this paper analyzes the key operational aspects of locomotive dispatchers by using human reliability theory to find out the reliability factors influencing human reliability in the process of operation, and uses the error rate prediction The technique analyzes the probability that an accident is caused by an improper operation.On the basis of the process of care operation,the mental health level of the locomotive dispatchers of the railway bureau was statistically analyzed through the questionnaire and SCL-90. At present, the somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms and anxiety of the locomotive dispatcher are obvious, the work pressure is large, the promotion channel is narrow,and the bad factors of the improvement of the quality of the supervisors are cultivated,and the positive psychological adaptability is cultivated by cultivating good self-learn to master the method of relieving stress, learn to master the bad mood of the method,to participate in mental health training and other aspects of the guidance given.This paper argues that it is an effective measure to improve the overall quality of locomotive dispatcher and improve the efficiency of railway transportation by improving the level of basic management, improving the professional quality of locomotive dispatcher and strengthening psychological training.
