Study On The Optimization Design Of Natural Lighting For Reading Space Of Library In Changchun Area

With the progress of the times,the library building has gradually developed into a comprehensive information service center for learning,research,communication and exhibition,becoming an indispensable place for people's lives.Reading space is the main function of the library,and it has a higher demand for the indoor light environment.Excellent natural lighting design can not only create a comfortable reading environment,but also reduce the power consumption and save the energy.Therefore,how to design and optimize the natural lighting of the library reading space becomes an important problem for designers.Based on the above background,the author made a study and summary of the relevant literature before writing,and had a deep understanding of the current research status and methods of natural lighting design.Then it tries to explore natural lighting optimization strategies of the library reading space in Changchun,combining with the climatic characteristics and geographical conditions,by questionnaire,field investigation and software simulation.This thesis has four chapters: The first chapter is an introduction,including the background,scope,purpose and the significance of the study,the research status at home and abroad,and the research ideas.In the second chapter mainly introduces some relevant concepts,design principles and the evaluation standards of the natural lighting design,and analyzes and summarizes the influence factors of the natural lighting in the reading space.Finally,the paper summarizes the basic ways and commonly technologies of the natural lighting with examples of domestic and overseas.In the third chapter,first of all,it have a deep understanding of the status quo of library lighting in Changchun by a wide range of basic investigation.Then selecting some reading rooms of two typical libraries for measurement,and it triesto further understand the natural lighting problems of reading spaces and to analyze the reader's reading habits and the subjective evaluation of light environment in the reading spaces by the questionnaires.The forth chapter is based on the research contents of the previous two chapters,adopting Ecotect and Radiance software to simulate and analyzing the forms of reading spaces,atrium spaces and daylight opening.Finally,to gain the corresponding optimal design strategies from the analysis results.
