With the development of economy and hi-tech,the proportion of railway transportation in the mode of transportation is increasing.The proposal of "The Belt and Road Initiative" in 2013 has not only brought about a new situation in economic development,but also brought about a new upsurge in the development of railway transport.The construction of "The Belt and Road Initiative" has increased the circulation of goods between our country and other countries,so better put the "going out" strategy into action.However,the gauges of different countries in the world are different.In view of this phenomenon,the gauge-changeable technology came into being.The difference between gauge-changeable train and traditional train is that the bogies are different.Gauge-changeable bogie can use the ground transformation facility to complete the change of wheelset spacing.In the research of gaugechangeable technology,the accuracy and timeliness of wheelset spacing change are closely related to stable and reliable operation of vehicles.However,most of the domestic and foreign researches focus on the gauge-changeable bogie and the gauge-changeable wheelset developed by analyzing the key technical parameters of the gauge-changeable bogie.It is necessary to study a comprehensive test bench for research and verification of the gauge-changeable wheelsets before the practical application of the gauge-changeable train.In order to study the gauge-changing characteristics of 1435/1520 mm gauge-changeable wheelset,a test bench for gauge-changeable wheelset was developed.Summarized the research experience of variable gauge technology at home and abroad,combined with the specific requirements of the actual operation of wheelset and the mechanical design principle.The overall modeling design of the routine test bench of the gauge-changeable wheelset was carried out by using Solid Works.Because the test bench needs to continuously simulate the stress operation of the gauge-changeable wheelset in the actual operation process,it is necessary to analyze the structural strength of the test bench.In this paper,the static analysis and the first12-order modal analysis of the conventional test bench of the gauge-changeable wheelset was carried out by using the Hypermesh and finite element analysis software ANSYS.The results show that the structure design of the test bench is reasonable.Based on the motion sequence of the wheelset track-changing motion,the hydraulic servo actuator of the test bench was analyzed and the motion sequence diagram was designed.The motion simulation analysis of the test bench was carried out by Solid Works Motion.Finally,designed measurement and control system of the test bench and drew control circuit diagram.Based on C language,developed and designed the software interface by VC software,and the test bench was completed to measure the data in the process of unlocking,transition and locking.
