| With the rapid growth of the urban population and development of subway passenger transport,the vehicle loads that rely on the interfacial adhesion of wheel and rail are increasing day by day.In the process of rail transportation,the phenomenon of low adhesion between wheels and rails has become a major problem that constantly influences the operation of vehicles.The experimental research on the wheel-rail relationship can be carried out on test benches or on actual railway lines.Due to the complex operating conditions of vehicles in the tests on actual railway lines,high cost,and the difficulty to measure the influence of each parameter on the adhesion performance,it is a necessary method to investgate adhesion performance between wheels and rails employing relative test benches.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop and research a metro wheel-rail adhesion test bench in this paper.The overall design scheme of a wheel-rail adhesion test bench,where wheel-rail contact under different running conditions can be simulated,is proposed based on analysis of wheel-rail working conditions of metros and technique requirements of metro wheel-rail adhesion experiments.According to the idea of modular design,the system of the wheel-rail adhesion test bench is divided into serval subsystems,such as simulation subsystem of wheel-rail contact,driving subsystem,loading subsystem,protective device,medium spraying device,etc.Structure design of each subsystem is achieved,and their 3D models are built using Solid Works.Strength and stiffness check of the main shaft is using finite element software Abaqus,and the analysis results show that the designed structure can meet the requirements of strength and stiffness under the working conditions.Modal analysis of the main shaft and the wheel simulating rail is conducted using Abaqus.The first six vibration modes and critical speed of rotation are obtained,and the resonance frequencies are determined.The simulation results show that the resonance phenomenon will not occur.The measurement and control system of the wheel-rail adhesive test bench is achieved,including two parts: hardware and software.The hardware scheme of the control system is designed based on PLC,and the hardware equipment of the control system is selected reasonably.The software of measurement and control system is designed using LabVIEW.The software is divided into several modules,including PLC control module,frequency converter control module,data acquisition module and data management module.And the software is designed and debugged in detail.The design of human-machine interaction interface is divided into three parts,namely the communication parameter interface,the control device interface and the adhesion performance interface,which provide a friendly human-machine interaction during the experiments.Finally,the processing,assembly and debugging of the wheel-rail adhesion test bench are completed,and the performance of the test bench is verified by some preliminary wheel-rail adhesion experiments. |
