Research On The Planning Strategy Of Integrated Station-city Of The "Xu Xinzhuang Station" In The Regional Express Pinggu Line

With the rapid development of China's urbanization process of the city,city scale area increasing,city track traffic system with high speed,large capacity and other characteristics of the city has gradually become an important transportation contact between.At present,most of the main city in our country have realized the city rail transit construction scale,but in the actual operation is often a problem of rail transit and city function,lack of fusion track construction and city environment lack of coordination and track site transfer performance.In order to realize the sustainable development of the city,the city space layout and compact city environment quality improvement and other goals,needs the relationship and interaction for the rail traffic construction and city development are more analysis of deep research,explore new ways of rail transit and city mutual integration,and puts forward the effective mode of development and construction.All has the positive influence to promote the intensive development of the city,to solve the city traffic congestion and promote public transportation etc.Based on the theory of rail transit and city development,learn advanced experience of domestic and international rail transit development,further study of relevant content of combining regional express construction,try to explore the effective way to realize the development of rail transit and city integration,put forward the "city integration" concept,and from the aspects of land use,the regional transportation and util ization of underground space,planning management and city development planning strategy,with the other,relying on the regional express line Pinggu station Xu Xinzhuang practice,planning strategy application of Xu Xinzhuang station.The purpose of this paper is to study the mechanism of integration of the rail transit station and the city development,provide a reference for our region along the rail transit development and construction,application integration and planning strategy of the station throug h the Xu Xinzhuang provide development ideas and reference for,Pinggu line stations.The thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is the origin of the research and the method of thinking.The key is to explain the research background,purpose and significance of the study,in the basis of the domestic and foreign research results and the definition of related concepts and research objects,finally discusses the research contents,methods and framework.The second part is the related theory and case study.Firstly,the related theory of city rail transit and the development of learning,to lay a solid foundation of professional knowledge,affects the full cognitive construction of rail traffic;secondly,through the study of Japan and Hong Kong rail transit construction site developed area development examples,summarizes the integrated development and construction experience.The third part is the research on the integrated planning strategy of regional express station.First of all,through the regional express line features,line influence for the development of city and site characteristics are analyzed,the significance and function of regional express construction;secondly,put forward the "city integration" concept,and analyze the connotation,mode and characteristics;finally,to realize the planning strategy of regional express stand in the city integration of land use,regional transportation,underground space utilization,planning and management of city development in different aspects of the detailed discussion,summed up the strategy points,and provide the reference for the construction and development of rail transit in china.The fourth part is the case study of Pinggu Xu Xinzhuang station.First of all,through the relevant line of Pinggu regional express line analysis,clear the significance and effect of Pinggu line construction;secondly,the Pinggu line station were analyzed from the aspects of Xu Xinzhuang site status,development potential,development and development mode,analysis of Xu Xinzhuang station realize integration planning conditions for development,development of clear positioning strategy;finally,separately from land use,transportation planning,vertical space utilization and planning management and development are proposed according to different aspects of strategic planning and specific steps,the study offers theoretical basis and reference for the integrative development of Xu Xinzhuang station site and the city.The fifth part is the conclusion.In this paper,a general summary of the full text,and follow-up research prospects for China's rail transit construction and urban development and reflection.
