Research On Architectural Design Of “Express Station” In Universities ——Taking Yan’an West Road Campus Of Donghua University As An Example

University express is an emerging business generated by the consumption behavior of students.The increasing demand for express also makes the construction of express stations in universities inevitable.University express stations often need to have a complete series of processes from unloading,to sorting,shelving,checking,etc.In addition,the functional partition and streamline organization need to adapt to the special function of campus building.However,the existing express stations in universities have single function and chaotic streamline,which restrict the development of express space.Therefore,the research on architectural design of express station in universities has very important practical and theoretical significance.Above all,the paper sorts out the research results of express in universities,then finds the research loopholes.Further,selects the “University express station” as the main research object of the paper.In the process of researching the problem,firstly,the paper puts forward the definition of university express station through analogy related concepts;Secondly,according to the evolution of express space as a timeline,the paper describes the characteristics and mode of university express station.Thirdly,by comparing several design cases,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of express stations in universities.So as to further clarify the key points,difficulties,purpose,principles,method steps of the design.Then,from the perspective of architecture and space design,as well as according to the design code of express industry and architectural design code.The paper analyzes the location design,overall layout,function,streamline organization,environment,architectural modeling and architectural structure.The above are feasible ways to improve the architectural and spatial environment.Meanwhile,the research clearly points out the functional requirements of the express station,and organizes the streamline according to the functional partition.Further,taking the West Yan ’an Road campus of Donghua University as an example to explore the spatial perception and use requirements of users.Based on the cultural connotation of universities,and the innovative form expression of express space,specifically aiming at the interior function,streamline,mode,form;outdoor entrance space,road,square space,natural elements,barrier-free design,etc.In order to create a convenient,safe,beautiful and pluralistic campus landmark building.In the end,the paper integrates the theoretical and practical results,and summarizes a complete set of spatial model and design system.The purpose of the paper is to provide theoretical basis and design reference for express stations in other universities.
