Now many countries have accelerated the study of precision weapons,in which the missile attitude test technology is the key to precision guidance.Now commonly used methods of attitude measurement include inertial combination testing,accelerometer testing and magnetic sensor testing.The cost of the inertial combination test method is large and the error will accumulate over time,and the subsequent data processing is complicated.So inertial combination testing method is not suitable for the missile borne test system.The data processing of accelerometer test method is difficult,the feasibility and the measuring range are both very limited.With the continuous development of the geomagnetic theory and improvement of technology in the unceasing progress,method of measurement of the attitude angle based on magnetic sensor has been widely used,this method has the advantages of high reliability,the error will not be accumulated with time.Therefore,in order to obtain accurate attitude information of the projectile,this paper proposes a combination of three axis magnetic sensor and thin film coil type magnetic sensor.The induction electromotive force is generated by cutting the magnetic induction line in the geomagnetic field according to the thin film coil type magnetic sensor,and the rotation angle is calculated by the improved Euler algorithm.Then,the mathematical model is established according to the output signal of three axis magnetic sensor,and the relation of roll angle,yaw angle and pitch angle is calculated by coordinate transformation.The experimental data were obtained through the live ammunition test,and the attitude curve was calculated,which further verified the feasibility of the combined measurement of magnetic sensor.The method has low cost and accurate test data,which has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,based on the storage testing technology,the paper mainly studies the attitude measurement of the rotary missile based on the magnetic sensor,including the following aspects of research:(1)According to the basic theory of testing system,the magnetic field and the basic theory of coordinate transformation,choose three axis magnetic sensor and magnetic sensorfor thin film type test system,combined measurement of rotating cylinder profile information is proposed.(2)According to the requirements of the test,the test scheme of the test system is studied,and the design of the hardware circuit,the mechanical structure and the buffer material is designed to verify the feasibility of the test plan.(3)On the basis of the actual test,and the test data are analyzed according to the improved Euler algorithm.
