In recent years, with the rapid development of missiles, satellites, aviation and aerospace technology, the demand for navigation system is higher and higher. Its function is to measure and control the direct orbit and flight attitude of the aircraft. The aim is to ensure flight vehicle operate regular according to orbit and attitude. So it is indispensable to study the high precision attitude algorithms for GFSINS.Aimed at the problems of install complexed, high precision, hard to calculate of accelerometer,a attitude determinatio based on Magnetoresistance sensor and Gyroscopes is introduced.Firstly, the basic theory of strapdown inertial navigation system and updating algorithms of matrix is analysed in detail, and then the basic theory and characteristics of the magnetic field is studied.Secondly, attitude Angle measurement system based on AVR singlechip,CPLD and Flash memory has been designed in this paper according to the performance requirements of integrated navigation system. This system has the characteristic of large storage capacity, low noise, low consumption and data is difficult to lost etc. Finally, the arithmetic of attitude Angle is introduced in detail. Taking the accurate and real-time attitude calculation into account, the quaternion arithmetic and Nonlinear Least Squares were built up based on quaternion, and a Kalman filter was proposed to process multisensor information fusion. In short, the system improved its precision and practicality by these means.Simulation results proved the feasibility of the designs. The measurement data got in the test system experiment is analyzed, posture simulation combining the data is simulatated, the simulation of attitude is successful. Research proves that strapdown inertial navigation system based on Magnetoresistance sensor and Gyroscope is valuable and still needs time to do further research.
