Study On Post Evaluation Of Geothermal Heating Project In L Area

The post evaluation of the project is located at the important position of "connecting the past and the future" in the project cycle,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the investment efficiency.This paper takes L area geothermal heating project as an example,the geothermal heating project large capital investment,long payback period,weak profitability,strong policy direction and the characteristics of the industry,through the L geothermal heating project post evaluation,project construction and operation management in the process of experience and lessons of the construction of Party Organization,search management and coordination of local government support problems and analyze the causes and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given on the management of the means and methods suitable for geothermal heating project construction and operation of the northeast,through the management innovation and upgrade,the heating project can be sustained and effective operation.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,significance and the main content of the study,and then introduces the related theory of post project evaluation,including project evaluation contents,types and methods,and emphatically introduces the theories and methods used in this paper.Then,the basic situation,approval,implementation and main objectives of geothermal heating project in L area are introduced.After that,the core content of L in geothermal heating project post evaluation: the process and results are evaluationed,evaluation of the process including pre-job evaluation,evaluation of reservoir engineering,evaluation of surface engineering,and production operation evaluation,the results of evaluation include the implementation of the investment project,economic evaluation,impact and sustainability evaluation.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation of geothermal heating project in L area is made.The experience is summarized,the existing problems are pointed out and some suggestions are put forward.
