Pumps are widely used in modern industrial applications,and they produce large axial forces in the extraction of liquids.Because the axial force of the pump is too large,it may be a threat to the social production and the staff.Therefore,it is necessary to measure the axial force of the pump and design the axial force balance method to eliminate the safety hazard.The subject is based on the measurement of the axial force of the pump shaft.The axial force of the pump is measured by installing the measuring ring on the pump shaft,and the force source calibration system is designed according to the axial force measuring force of the pump.The force ring is calibrated by a standard device to measure the force ring and give an accurate output and input correspondence for the measurement results.This paper describes the causes of the axial force of the pump,and describes in detail the static characteristics of the sensor,calibration method,force source equipment design,laboratory force source equipment calibration,laboratory force ring calibration and field measurement ring static calibration.The force source calibration system designed for field testing requirements uses the Siemens S7-200 Smart ST20 PLC as the controller for the entire system.According to the calibration system design mechanical structure,and developed to automatically load and unload force of the force source system.The electrical part of the force source equipment mainly includes the connection between the PLC and the servo drive,the sensor,the electric cylinder and the host computer.In the electrical design part in order to suppress the electrical interference,the system uses reasonable wiring and electrical isolation method to reduce the interference of the sensor signal communication;through the servo driver to increase the low-pass filter to solve the servo driver at the start of the system surge interference.In the software design part,use the Siemens series STEP7-WIN SMART programming software to program the PLC controller.In order to facilitate the system monitoring,the system uses the touch screen to complete the visualization of the system operating state,uses the host computer WinCC flexible software to configure the touch screen,and to achieve the system touch control.PLC,touch screen and PC using industrial Ethernet communication.The data acquisition system is composed of the data acquisition card and the host computer LabVIEW,which can complete the data acquisition of the force force,the force source equipment and the application of the water flow in the field application.Force source equipment in the laboratory was calibrated,on-site calibration of the force ring does not require force source equipment must be stopped at the set point of force,only a certain point of strength can be stable for a period of time to complete the force ring Calibration.The system can be stable in the set time of 10 s or so,the settling time can be set according to the requirements of the site.Using the laboratory calibration of the power source equipment and measuring force ring on-site static calibration,the system data collected for analysis.
