As the power system of the new generation aircraft,vector engine can change the direction of the tail nozzle according to the actual flight demand,and then change the direction of the tail jet to generate additional torque,so as to improve the maneuverability of the aircraft.As the core parameter of vector engine,vector thrust is of great significance for its accurate measurement.As the output equipment of thrust parameters,it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the vector force test device before the actual test to check the reliability and stability of its test performance.In this thesis,a space vector force loading device is designed to simulate the force state of the test device.According to the output of the test device under the action of the target vector force,the test performance of the test device is fully verified.The vector thrust generated by the combined vector engine has the characteristics of realtime change of size and direction,this thesis analyzes the difficulties of space vector force test,defines the test requirements that the test device should meet;analyzes the performance characteristics of piezoelectric sensor,determines the layout of piezoelectric dynamometer,and analyzes the test principle of vector force based on the square four point support piezoelectric dynamometer.According to the requirements of space vector force testing,a space vector force loading device is designed,which has the function of variable angle loading of space vector force with controllable size and adjustable direction.It can achieve any composite angle loading of the testing device in the space of yaw angle-25° ~ 25° and pitch angle 0° ~ 25°.The static analysis and modal analysis of the loading device and the force end of the testing device are carried out by using the finite element software.Based on the three-dimensional force value transformation matrix,the space vector force variable angle loading model is established.In order to accurately grasp the three direction output performance of the test device,a calibration and simulation loading system was built,and the three direction force calibration experiment is designed.The experimental results show that the maximum value of the nonlinear error and repeatability error of the vector force testing device is not more than 0.3%,and the inter direction interference is not more than 2%,which has good static testing performance.Using space vector force loading device to simulate vector thrust produced by engine,the variable angle loading experiment is designed.The experimental results show that the maximum value of nonlinear error and repeatability is less than 1% when the full-scale output is small under small angle deflection loading,and less than 0.3% when the full-scale output is large under large angle deflection loading.Based on the three direction force calibration results,the experimental data of space vector force variable angle loading are normalized,the error between the output resultant force and the loading force value is analyzed.Under the 5000 N variable angle loading environment,the maximum resultant force error is 31.5N,and the maximum relative error within the range is 0.94%.The reliability and accuracy of the three direction force calibration results are verified in the reverse direction,and the test performance of the test device is further verified,which lays a foundation for the actual test of engine vector force.
