Aimed at the current situation of teaching and learning of colleges and universities,especially science and engineering,according to the national development of practical teaching planning,combined with pedagogy theoretical knowledge and VR teaching philosophy,using the virtual reality development platform Unity3 D,three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks,3DMax,image processing software PhotoShop and other computer software,taking a bike as a prototype,this paper has developed a set of mechanical manufacturing software suitable for the application of mechanical science,to be used to achieve the combination of learning theory and practice learning effect.The contents of this research include the following aspects:(1)the theory of development of software system and technical support: the theoretical basis contains the teaching of cognitive learning theory and constructivism learning theory;technical support includes virtual reality development software selection,three-dimensional modeling technology,computer programming language,renderer-related knowledge and software user interface building.(2)the key technology of the software system: mainly including the scene model optimization,animation production,the realization of visual effects rendering,UI implementation,the realization of mechanical movement and script specifications.The realization of the scene model includes modeling and optimization scheme,model optimization and detail level.Animation is related to key frame technology and particle system.The realization of visual effect rendering includes Shader’s light,texture,reflection,diffuse reflection and so on.From the UGUI to build the interface and UI to build the specification of two aspects of narrative;mechanical movement from the graphical and programming point of view;code specification from the script storage location and script naming norms two angles.(3)the specific realization of the system: combining the development of theoretical basis and technical support,under the support of the system framework,using the key technologies,the article will comprehensively discuss the process of the system implementation and the process of parts design and manufacturing analysis.Under the support of the system frame,therealization of the system is mainly discussed from three aspects,namely,model parts,design and manufacturing and the overall assembly;and part design and manufacturing analysis process analysis from the typical parts of the hub of the axis of the processing,Board processing and rack processing as a case to describe the overall development process,which will detail the axis of the processing and development process.
