Suburban Landscape Resources Protection And Management Of Urban Planning

At present,China's urbanization has entered a stage of rapid development,urbanization strategy is to enhance the economic strength of the city,urban competitiveness and urban image,is an important measure to achieve urban modernization.However,with the acceleration of urbanization process,urban landscape resources around the city with good landscape effect began to be impacted.The main purpose of this paper is on the outskirts of the city for the protection and management of scenic resources is excellent,and take the method of unified planning,phased construction of the city with the process of preservation and reasonable and orderly development,eventually become a scenic city park.The essence of the protection and management planning of suburban scenic resources is to protect and develop the landscape resources which can be used in order to avoid the loss of the natural landscape.This paper uses the combined method of theoretical analysis and case analysis,starting from the concept and classification of scenic resources,combined with the related research at home and abroad to make a definition of the concept of city suburban scenic resources,leads to the contradiction between city urbanization and city suburban landscape resources.This paper analyzes the difficulties encountered at the present stage,and puts forward the developing direction in the future.Finally,the author analysis to explore the current situation and development issues in Laifoshan city the typical suburban scenic resources area,summed up the protection and management of regional planning strategy,proposed to the Laifoshan Mountain Park unified planning and design stage construction concept,according to the degree of development of city park construction is divided into three stages that illustrates each stage of the main content of the construction,the construction of city park and the process of unity,to meet the tourists use requirements of the construction,save maintenance cost,and the feasibility of Laifoshan mountain park for the planning and design practice to verify the research results.
