High-frequency Electrotome has the advantages of less trauma,less pain,faster recovery and has become the most widely used surgical instruments in electrical surgery.However,thermal effect of high frequency electric knife can not only realize the cutting and hemostatic effect,but also can make the organization carbonized eschar and adhesion on the electric knife,thus affecting the operation of surgery.Traditional electric knife anti sticking method relies on simple coating technology,optimization technology of age and so on.But It is difficult to meet the requirements of minimally invasive medical devices.Therefore,In this paper,we study the bionic anti sticking design and manufacturing of high frequency electric knife surface by drawing lessons from excellent anti sticking property of typical plant leaf surface from the view of bionics.In this paper,we studied the effect of perilla leaf and corn leaf as biological anti sticking prototype.From the SEM images,the shape of one way stripe with interphase distribution was found on the surface of corn bract,and there is an irregular network structure on the stripe,what's more,there is also a certain amount of pores on the net structure.The perilla leaf has a mosaic shape,and has no two grade structure.The adhesion characteristics of two plant leaf surfaces were tested by using a self-made device.And we found the adhesion of plant leaf surfaces from low to high as follows: Fresh corn bract<Heat treated corn bract<Fresh perilla leaf<Heat treated perilla leaf.The test demonstrates that the anti sticking property of corn bract surface is better than that of perilla leaf.Thus,we selected corn leaf as the biological anti sticking prototype.In addition,we analyzed the effects of surface wettability,surface morphology,contact area,thermal stress and atmospheric pressure on the adhesion and desorption and revealed its mechanism.Using corn bract as biological prototype and based on the special shape of the corn bract,we designed the bionic shape of the high frequency electric knife with the round pit and the strip pit.Among them,there are two forms of interphase arrangement in the direction of the cutter head(longitudinal)and two forms of dislocation arrangement in the direction perpendicular to the cutter head(horizontal).At the same time,according to the selected test factors and levels,L9(34)orthogonal table was used for the experiment.We designed and built a test system of the surface anti sticking of high frequency electric knife,and tested the anti sticking property of the high frequency electric knife surface.At the same time,the cutting process was also analyzed and observed.Analysis of the range of surface adhesion test of bionic high frequency electric knife under the condition of energy loading demonstrates that primary and secondary factors affecting the anti sticking property of the electric knife are as follows: The lateral center distance of circular pits and fringe pits(Z2)> The length of the fringe pits(Z3)> The diameter of the circular pits and the striated pits(Z1).The optimum combination is Z11Z22Z33,namely,the transverse center distance of the circular pit and the stripe shaped pit is 500 m,and the length of the fringe pit is taken as 6100?m,and the diameter of the circular pit and the Striped pit is taken as 120 ?m.Regression analysis showed that the regression equation between the diameter of the circular pit and the fringe pit Z1,the transverse center distance Z2 and the length of the stripe pit Z3 as following:(?)COMSOL Multiphysics software was used to analyze the mechanism of the adhesion between the head and the biological tissue.The results showed that the arc area and the side of the knife are more prone to adhesion.Based on the results and electrical cutting test,the bionic design of the cutter head surface was done again.It can reduce the surface temperature by designing arc cutter head and the side surface as a single convex shape.And the temperature field is discontinuous,which is helpful to reduce the occurrence of adhesion.
