In view of the fact that the behindhand control means to coal-provide machines of power plants affect the steady economical running of boilers, analyse it's control principle, objection and the problems that occurred such as: control complex, component excessive and diffuse, frequent failure, a waste of power; Design a regulating system to control the coal-provide machine that based on power plants boiler DCS system, this speed regulating system has been used in l-4# boilers and the status is favorable.Making use of this system, we find many matters about high-frequency waves jamming such as: the burthen cables from transducers to electromoters occurred insulation breakage frequently, the wastage of transformer's iron-core increased obviously, electromotors running temperature rised obviously, electrity power quality failed metamorphosed. The mechanism that transducers jammed and were jammed by outside are analyzed, from shutting off sources, cutting off channels, improving anti-jamming abilities and so on ways are proposed to remove the jamming.This discourse has designed a speed-regulating system to control the coal-provide machine that based on DCS system, has solved the problem of the old control means affecting the boiler's steady running , has provided steadily resolvent for the plants' old regulating system. Based on analyzing, solving and summing up the experience in the field of transducer projects, analyze and discuss the means for anti-jamming such as: the setting of EMI filter, combined project for filters and reactors, accurate earth-mode and rational laying wires, a few of references are provided to transducer users in this paper.
