Research On Raft Foundation Mass Concrete Project Construction Quality Control

Mass concrete construction is the general construction way of real estate projects and other large projects in our country at present.High-rise buildings have high bearing capacity requirement on the overall performance of the project,which prompted the come into being and large-scale application of raft foundation.Although the raft foundation mass concrete construction technology obtained the rapid development,however,during the process of construction,it is often difficult to guarantee the quality of its construction,the current management situation of some projects' engineering quality is worrying.This paper,taking the raft foundation mass concrete project of hospital comprehensive ward in FX city as the example,studied the quality control of construction.This paper builds the total quality management(TQM)mode based on PDCA cycle,has positive significance for the comprehensive evaluation of project quality management level.It benefits the full-course quality control during the planning phase in the early stages of the project,the project construction phase and the late stage,thus reducing the rework,repair rate for the whole project.In addition,the proposed scheme can be applied to the quality management system of other type projects,and provide the beneficial reference and enlightenment to solve practical problems for the project quality management personnel.Raft foundation mass concrete construction quality problems can be roughly divided into four types,each specific problem has particular reason.Therefore,measures must be taken to prevent and correct them.The influencing factors of raft foundation mass concrete project construction quality control mainly include: project quality assurance system and personnel responsibilities,project concrete pump equipment,casting environment factors and project selection of high performance concrete.Raft foundation mass concrete project construction quality control planshall include the following several stages: namely,quality control planning stage,quality control implementation stage,quality control inspection stage and quality control improvement stage.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is the effective methods for raft foundation mass concrete project construction quality of to control.The method can do quantitative evaluation for the raft foundation mass concrete projects.In the process of evaluation,the evaluation index value can be set according to the actual needs and the emphasis.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has a strong logicality and practicality.It was proved by facts that its quality control effect is good,and can satisfy the needs of users,therefore,it should be promoted and adopted.
