With the rapid development of China's economy,urban road as an important part of transportation infrastructure,has also played a vital role to enhance the people's economic level and urban development.But,there is also a lot of adverse effects because of the rapid development of urban roads at the same time.Due to the lack of permeability of concrete pavement,rainwater can not penetrate into the ground,leading to the normal growth of surface plants.It is difficult to exchange air and heat with air,which results in the heat island effect".The most important thing is not to lead to permeability properties of concrete pavement surface drainage is difficult,can only rely on the drainage facilities,such as the case of short time heavy rainfall,it is difficult to solve the problem of road surface water,thereby greatly reducing the comfort and safety of the road.Aiming at the concrete pavement is not permeable and impermeable to the city's "heat island effect",surface water and other issues,the study and preparation of pervious concrete pavement material with high permeability to alleviate the above problems,the specific research work carried out as follows:First of all.mix design of pervious concrete.This paper focuses on the material aspects,the gravel,lightweight aggregateclay,high-strength ceramsite as aggregate,cement paste and aggregate resin as binder,the pervious concrete production of different test of compressive strength and permeability coefficient test and experiment design,analysis of different types of pervious concrete compressive strength and permeability coefficient the optimal performance of pervious concrete.Secondly,numerical analysis of pervious concrete.The discrete element particle flow software(PFC2D/3D)to establish the pervious concrete model,and the simulation of the pervious concrete compressive strength test,the formation of pervious concrete specimens under compressive conditions of stress-strain curve,compared with the measured compressive strength of concrete.Finally,permeability concrete durability test.The pervious concrete cement and resin were selected respectively formed with high strength ceramsite specimens subjected to freeze-thaw cycle test,comparison for cementing materials have different durability differences,analysis of the causes of test results.
