Tunnel construction technology is more and more advanced of our country at the present stage.It will never be a problem when we go through the complicated geological conditions for construction.But collapse accident happens very often at construction time due to the many reasons.Construction safety issue is faced with a very serious situation.Ministry of Railways promulgated the Guidance of Railway Tunnel Emergency Save in order to avoid trapping in the tunnel when Construct in ?,?,? grade rock area at 2010.We use steel or reinforced concrete pipe as escape pipe at present.Both steel and reinforced concrete pipe have a high rigidity when they are used as escape pipe.But too weight to transport.Giving the shortcoming of nowadays' escape pipe,this article describes a new kind escape pipe from design,material selection,structural design,simulation experiment.The new kind escape pipe is named Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics Mortar Pipes.This new kind escape pipe has enough shock resistance and it's light in weight.Research of this article include is as follows:(1)We studied the properties of ceramsite resin concrete which is used as the pipe's Sandwich layer.Ceramsite resin concrete is large in porosity,low in density;it is good at absorbing energy and not good at transferring heat.When using it as the pipe's sandwich layer,the pipe's weight will not be increased obviously.Ceramsite resin concrete's strength will not decrease immediately when crushed,so it is an energy absorbing material.(2)We designed the structure of the pipe's wall according to Ring Stiffness,and we the relationship between simulation,theoretical calculation and test: the value of test is similar to simulation and smaller than theoretical calculation.(3)We tested the pipe's performance,test results indicate that the pipe's hoop strength is strong,axial strength is relatively weak;the pipe's Ring Stiffness is very strong before the sandwich structure destroyed;the pipe's remaining space is more than 50 cm after the impact of 300 kg heavy hammer falling from 7 meters in height.Research on escape pipe is in its infancy in our country and the related research is insufficient.We hope that our study can provide experience for other scholars and fill the blank of this field together.
