The number of bridges in service in our country is huge,most of them are small and medium-sized bridges.The huge number of bridges makes it difficult to maintain bridges.With the increase of service years,many small and medium-sized bridges in our country have suffered from various diseases.These diseases greatly reduce the bearing capacity of the bridge and affect the normal traffic.The strengthening of small and medium bridges has become an important issue.As a high-performance composite material,MPC polymer material has the advantages of light quality,high strength,crack resistance and good anti-seismic performance,which makes it widely used in bridge reinforcement engineering.After years of research,MPC polymer materials have been fully practiced and proven.However,the cost of MPC polymer materials is an important factor restricting its further promotion.In order to reduce the cost of MPC polymer materials and facilitate the promotion,this paper studies the addition of man-made lightweight aggregate ceramsite to MPC polymer materials to solve this problem.Firstly,this paper selects the type of ceramsite and determines the mix ratio of ceramsite polymer concrete.Measure the fluidity,temperature and other characteristics of ceramsite polymer concrete.The mechanics experiment was used to measure the tensile strength,compressive strength,flexural modulus,and other mechanical properties of the ceramsite polymer concrete,and provide necessary parameters for the application of the ceramsite polymer concrete in the project.Secondly,the application of ceramsite polymer concrete in hollow slab beam single beam reinforcement is studied in this paper.The formula for calculating the normal section bearing capacity of ceramsite polymer concrete reinforced hollow slab beams is derived first.Then,the finite element model of ceramsite polymer concrete reinforced hollow slab beam is established by using finite element software.The factors influencing the reinforcement of hollow slab beams with ceramsite polymer concrete are analyzed,and the reinforcement effect of the ceramsite polymer concrete and MPC polymer materials is compared to verify the feasibility of the ceramic reinforced concrete material in the single beam reinforcement of the hollow slab beam.Finally,the application of ceramsite polymer concrete in integral reinforcement of hollow slab beam is studied.The reinforcement effect of different thickness ceramsite polymer concrete reinforced hollow slab beams under different working conditions is studied.Then,the reinforcement effect of ceramsite polymer concrete and MPC polymer material is compared.Finally,the influence of bridge deck pavement on the integrity of hollow concrete slab strengthened with ceramsite polymer concrete is studied.
