Auto high-speed security is the frontier domain of the development ofinternational automotive technology, vehicle dynamics stability controlsystem which containsthe ABS(automotive anti-lock braking system), theTCS(traction control system) and the AYC(active yawing moment of couple)can effectively solve the problems such as braking performance and brakingsafety in the process of forced braking, the acceleration performance and thedrive torque in the process of forced drive,as well as the automobile powerperformance and steering stability in the process of steering, thus it caneffectively reduce vehicle safety accidents, and it becomes the most importantauto high-speed security control system. Since2012, Europe, America andother regions have passed laws and regulations that must install ESP in a newcar, China has also passed relevant laws and regulations that recommend anew car equipped with ESP since2013.Because of the ESP having ABS, TCS, and AYC three function modules,it can comprehensively monitoring auto brake, drive and steering transientprocess related dynamic variables, guarantee the stability of the vehicle, tiredynamics. Therefore, to construct a set of performance test system which canreflect it under different speed, the working condition of a variety of possibleinput and different pavement performance is the important technical means ofthe ESP standard matching and product performance verification. With thegradually increasing vehicle loading rate of the ESP, the test and evaluationsystem for the ESP becomes the key to detect ESP performance, as well as thebasis of testing and inspection for the process of independent research of theESP. However, any test regulations have been recognized by various partsenterprise besides of the FMVSS126test. Enterprises have their own ESP testand evaluation standard, but there are still some problems such as repetition ofthe performance investigated points and the evaluation method is difficult to achieve. Therefore, the main goal of this project is to screen and summarizethe test plan that can both detect the ESP performance and avoid repetitioninvestigation, as well as design a reasonable and feasible ESP test process andperformance evaluation methods.At first, we should do research on the ESP test and evaluation standard ofparts manufactures, then we can do testing program analysis and evaluationcriterion verification by using the method of vehicle test. Through analyzingthe test results, we can screen and summarize the ESP testing program andobjective evaluation criterion. And we can put forward the ESP performancesubjective evaluation standards based on the subjective feeling of the tester.We can design the ESP performance test process and the evaluation method bythe way of grading and classification. We can apply the summarized the ESPtest plan and the objective evaluation standard and ESP performance testprocess and the evaluation method to the independent research anddevelopment of ESP and testing process. Through the analysis of test data, theadopted ESP test process and the evaluation method can totallyinvestigate thecomprehensive performance of ESP. The independent ESP samples using theESP evaluation methods proposed in this paper are recognized by theprofessionals, italso illustrates the rationality and validity of the ESPevaluation methods.
