The dock cofferdam is a temporary structure built in front of the dock,which is used to prevent the flow of water when the dock is built.Due to the temporary nature of the shipyard,the demolition of the dock is often carried out after the completion of the construction.Because of the development of shipbuilding industry,the number of Cofferdam Demolition is also increasing,blasting as a convenient and efficient way of demolition is widely used.Compared with land blasting,blasting demolition of Dock Cofferdam water characteristics determine the blasting area environment and the way of removing more complex,demolition technology level requires higher security,more difficult.At present,there are some problems in the safety analysis of the blasting demolition of the dock cofferdam,and there is a lack of uniform safety evaluation system and evaluation criteria.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the safety level of the Cofferdam Demolition blasting.This paper introduces the basic theory of Dock Cofferdam Demolition blasting,the safety system engineering analysis method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to Dock Cofferdam Demolition Blasting Engineering,safety analysis and evaluation of its.First of all,the blasting characteristics of the Cofferdam Demolition blasting method,design and construction are expounded from three aspects.The risk of the application of safety system engineering in advance of risk analysis results of blasting hazards and potential accident scenarios,may appear in the dock and developed a Cofferdam Demolition blasting construction risk checklist;analysis of causes of the blasting safety accident,dock damaged by fault tree,determine the importance of each basic event,targeted for accident prevention in advance suggestions.In order to reduce the harmful effects of blasting,this paper expounds the contents of safety protection from two aspects of blasting safety check and dock protection measures.According to the characteristics of Dock Cofferdam Demolition Blasting harmful factors,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method used a combination of qualitative and quantitative,its application to Zhoushan Golden Bay Dock Cofferdam Blasting Demolition of 2 practical projects,the evaluation results show that the project belongs to the "safe" level,which is in accordance with the actual situation,has certain feasibility.It is hoped that in the future research,the potential accidents can be analyzed comprehensively,and the more reasonable and effective evaluation methods can be selected or developed to provide reference for the establishment and improvement of the safety evaluation system for the demolition of the dock cofferdam.
