Based on the tanker burning explosion accident,the author briefly expounds its basic status and theoretical analysis in recent years.This dissertation can reduce the explosion accident,improve its safety protection performance,and ensure a safety,fast and reliable transportation to destination,it is very necessary to do the tanker crude oil and gas combustion explosion experiments and numerical simulation study.First of all,based on 3m pipeline of crude oil and gas explosion experiment,the author will study the specific changes of maximum pipeline pressure caused by different initial concentration of oil and gas and different ignition location in airtight pipeline system.And under the same conditions,the burning explosion pressure of crude oil and gas in the opening pipeline system is less than in the closed system.Second,the author will use software Fluent to operate pipe numerical simulation,and it turns out that the simulation results are consistent with experimental results.And adopting the RNGk-? turbulent model as the fluid model of oil tanker,the author builds up a simplified combustion model of fuel chemical oxidation mechanism and turbulent to describe the explosion process of crude oil and gas.And in the process of numerical calculation,the author put forward the finite volume algorithm based on unstructured grid to solve the control equations,so to solve the difficulties of turbulence flow in oil and gas explosion,and achieve good accuracy.And according to numerical simulation that the minimum pressure of the oil tank explosion occurred at the ignition source.,the maximum stress appears in the inside wall of oil tank.In the same position of a certain range,the oil range,the oil tank can reach the bigger pressure with the bigger concentration of crude oil,and reach the peak stress in faster speed.
