Oil is the lifeblood of the national economy.As one of the main means of oil transport,the economy of oil tankers become a research hotspot when the oil price rising gradually.Oil viscosity and pour point is high,its delivery performance is poor. Oil in the actual transport process is usually heated to a certain temperature in order to facilitate the transmission.Heating oil at home and abroad is operated fully with the experience of the crew which means fuel consumption,serious environmental pollution and poor operation of the economic target.It is significant to develop a safe, economic,scientific and easy-to-use program for calculating heating software according to each of the equipment and cargo ships and the use of theoretical analysis.In this paper,theoretical analysis and practical application which are combined to set a ship methods in view of CSOCO Company 72000DWT tanker "LIAN AN HU",establish the mathematical and physical model of the main deck steam pipeline and 11 cargo oil tanks according to the non-steady-state lumped parameter method. There are such as structure of the ship,water and weather conditions,more than 300 types of cargo oil,as well as the physical parameters of steam,air,inert gas,water and other related parameters which build up the conditions of single-valued.Through the use of scripting language based on C # programming environment of Visual Studio 2005,it can be programmed to operate the heating and insulation of the heat transfer process which include the software that come heating,insulation and other working conditions reasonable under the operation of the program.In " LIAN AN HU " No.076 and 077 voyage of the two data collection and analysis,the following conclusions have been:Tanker cargo oil heating insulation system has good accuracy,through the collection of data on ship and calculation data by software,found that the overall operation of the program error is less than 10% which is in the controllable range;Hydrological and meteorological conditions on the effect of heat transfer are significantly affected,the bow section of the deck cabin and steam pipe sections by the impact of extent of the wave is more obvious,and the deck of the main steam pipe heat loss should not be ignored;The vapor in steam tube deck is basically in saturated condition,the temperature of vapor is constant that is less than 10%for the temperature saturation;Empty space on the temporary nature of the cargo oil tank have an enormous impact on cooling.
