With the rapid development of China's economy,more and more engineering vehicles used in construction,road and bridge construction,agricultural infrastructure construction and other fields.A large number of engineering vehicles distributed in all the country,the fact has brought engineering vehicle rental business a series of vehicle regulatory problems,such as vehicle credit crisis,vehicle loss and so on.Aiming at the problem that the engineering vehicle is difficult to be remotely supervised,this paper has developed a remote monitoring and management system of engineering vehicle based on STM32.The system is composed of C/S mode,which consists of three parts:vehicle terminal,communication link and remote service platform.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:1.Vehicle terminal design.Hardwre uses ARM+GPRS+GPS architecture,follows the modular design principles,STM32F103 for the processing core,SIM900A module for the wireless communication module,NEO-6M chip for GPS positioning module,with other data acquisition circuit.Realize the vehicle data acquisition,vehicle GPS data acquisition,data transceiver,vehicle control,state self-test and other functions.2.Remote service platform design.The remote service platform is a Windows program which is written in VC++,including TCP/IP communication module,Access database,vehicle information management module,vehicle data statistics,GIS-based electronic map and other functional modules.Remote service platform achieve the terminal data reception,user command sending,vehicle positioning,travel track playback,vehicle data statistical and other functions.It facilitates the user on a single vehicle real-time monitoring or multiple vehicle management.The system has been tested several times and verified by real vehicle operation Real vehicle test shows that the system is stable,functional,good scalability,accurate vehicle positioning,accuracy vehicle data measurement,with vehicle remote control function.It meets the requirements of engineering vehicle monitoring fully.It makes the regulation of engineering vehicles easy.The system improves the efficiency of enterprise and reduces operating costs.
