Remote monitoring system has great significance for daily production and life of people. At present, Remote monitoring system has been increasing applied in many fields with the development of technologies and improvement of standard of living and productivity. It is believed that development of general remote monitoring system platform will have good prospect, which can be used to design various monitoring systems conveniently. The target of this project is to develop a wireless monitoring system based on GPRS technology. It is mainly used by spreading machine and can be used by many other types of equipment because of its generality. This kind of system is the integration of traditional computer, Internet and modern GPRS technology. It will be widely applied in many fields because it's great functions, low cost, convenience of operation and it's easy to install and maintain. First, this thesis introduced the overall framework and the method of design of the system. The system consists of two subsystems, the monitoring center and the monitoring terminal. The two subsystems are connected through the Internet and GPRS network. The monitoring center has the functions such as monitoring of image and data and database. Next, this thesis discussed the study on remote monitoring technology of spreading machine leveling adjustment which base on GPRS. It is proved that taking GPRS as communication medium in remote monitoring is feasible. In additional, we generalize the advantages of using GPRS in remote monitoring system. At last, this thesis introduced how this system came true. The development of monitoring system in the future is also suggested. |
