Nowadays china is facing the serious problem of air pollution and resource shortage.As a new energy application with high energy efficiency and almost no emission pollution,developing the electric car forcefully has become a global trend.As the electric vehicle charging device,the related technology research for charging pile is a precondition for developing electric vehicle.With STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller as its core,this paper designs and realizes a DC charging pile embedded control system.The system mainly includes embedded control measurement module,power module,IC card identification module,temperature and humidity detection module,DC output module and human-computer interaction module.Combining embedded control technology,CAN bus protocol,Modbus protocol,DC charging pile related national standard specification,DC charging pile embedded control system was designed and implemented.The system can monitor the charging process and display the charging data in real time.First design the overall framework of the DC charging pile embedded control system.According to the functional requirements and the application of embedded control technology.This article sets up the system hardware and software platform;with reference to the national grid standards,embedded control system was designed and implemented on the current grid parameters real-time monitoring;for the actual requirements of users,choose the swiping card of payment and implement the transaction;according to the national standard GB/T 18487.1,embedded control system was designed and implemented for the current real-time monitoring of environmental temperature and humidity;according to the GB/T 27930 "electric car charger and battery management system of vehicle transmission type between the communication agreement”,design and realize an embedded control system for DC output unit;using the human-computer interaction technology,from the perspective of application,design and implement to meet the user action of human-computer interaction interface and users can manipulate the DC charging pile with the touch screen;finally assemble DC charging pile prototype and test its basic function and related parameter.
