A Study On Controlling The Project Quality About The East Extension Line In The Northern Section Of The First Ring Road In Mian Yang City

In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,the investment in traffic construction in our country is gradually increasing,and highway construction got rapid development during this period.Highway construction has long been the attention of the social people because of its widely coverage,closely relationship with the livelihood of the society,great investment scale,long construction cycle as well as high technical requirements.Quality is one of the most important indicators in highway construction,strengthen quality management and control is important to guarantee the final quality and implement social value.Based on the Total Quality Management concepts,this article focused on analyzing the basic method of highway construction quality control.First of all,this article introduced the main theories of quality management and highway construction quality control,then from the perspective of integrating theory with practice,this paper listed the project "East Extension Line in The Northern Section of The First Ring Road in Mian Yang City" as the research object,analyzed the influence factors of quality control according to the basic characteristics of the project.After discussing the organizational structure,material purchase,equipment preparation,technical methods and construction environment,this paper analyzed the TQM elements of the project based on the Total Quality Management concepts,and put forward to concreting countermeasures or quality control,for example,to establish an organization guarantee system,to do a good job of quality control at each stage,and to coordinate the relationship between the processing quality and cost schedule.Applying theories to practice,this article utilizes the advanced theories in project quality management in highway construction,and effectively improves its effect.This paper can not only serve as a guideline in project management on the project "The East Extension Line in The Northern Section of The First Ring Road in Mian Yang City",but also provide experiences and examples for other highway construction project,besides,it can provide a good reference for the same area.
