With the rapid development of high-speed trains in China,the safety of the train operation process is extremely important.The bow net system consisting of pantographs and catheters is a very important part of the train power supply system.If the bow network system has failure,it will damage the normal operation of the train.During the running of train,bow performance testing is needed.In this paper,based on the research and analysis of the dynamic performance parameters of the pantograph and catenary,a real-time detection system of the dynamic performance parameters is designed to contribute to the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the high-speed train's bow net system.Stagger,the height of contact line and the arc are the main parameters that reflects the dynamic performance of the pantograph and catenary.In this paper,the definition of the height of the contact wire and stagger,and the range of interval setting,and the causes and hazards of the arcing are deeply studied and analyzed.The detection method of dynamic performance parameters of pantograph and catenary is reviewed,and the detection method based on machine vision is put forward.The overall scheme of stagger,catenary wire height and arcing is designed.The principle and process of the dynamic performance parameter detection of the pantograph and catenary are expounded.According to the different characteristics of the parameters,different hardware devices are selected and the corresponding tooling design is carried out.To improve the detection system,this article also carried out the detection of kilometers.The software design of this paper is based on LabVIEW visual processing module.It includes a test program,a calculation program.And encapsulates it into executable project files,which has strong practicability.The functions of the software include:the completion of the camera calibration,collecting bow net working images,displaying stagger and the height value and arcing time,frequency and other information in real-time.All the raw data and the test results are saved to the folder under the specified path.The testing system is also calibrated through the experiments.Finally,the possible errors of the testing system are analyzed and several further steps are identified to improve the system.
