Concrete dam pouring process is affected by the dam structural arrangement,joint grouting,construction technology process such as cantilever control standard,means of casting a levite as well as temperature control in addition to the natural environment factors.Meanwhile,the effect degree and mechanism are different at different stages.The use of computer simulation technology to build the dam construction simulation model can help to preview the dam pouring of different boundary conditions and schemes and study the effect of different factors on the dam casting process.The high arch concrete dam casting in this paper used double cable platform with seven cable machine and double feeding platform.It has the most cable cranes in the same type of domestic project.There is big mutual interference between cable machines.The dam is located in a regional windy valleys so that the wind has a great impact on dam pouring.Besides,the dam regarded as super-high level will encounter the common problem that cantilever height and dam pouring and pouring construction indicator contradict with each other.Aiming at the above problems of high arch concrete dam pouring,the corresponding simulation model and optimization method are constructed in this paper.Meanwhile,the simulation of the concrete pouring is carried on.At last in-depth study on the windy weather and cantilever height control is unfolded.The main contents and research results are as follows:(1)As to the super-high level arch dam of particular region(seasonal winds),effect of windy and project shutdown caused by windy were studied on high arch concrete dam.A corresponding simulation model was constructed.(2)The impact of cantilever height on dam pouring schedule and strength was studied in view of high arch dam construction characteristics.A scheme which consider balancing the strength and progress was put forward.The scheme is optimized according to cantilever height.(3)A concrete dam construction simulation model was built based on system simulation principle.The connection between AutoCAD 3D model already built and high arch construction simulation system has established based on secondary development technology.And then 3D visualization operation on the shape model can be realized.(4)The common concrete dam construction simulation system was developed based on system requirements.Different schemes are developed according to windy and cantilever height problem during construction.The contrastive analysis was conducted on different schemes simulation and some conclusions are obtained.
